Happy new year to all Louisville music fans. As usual around this time of the year, things get a bit slow on the nationals tour schedule. Lots of tribute shows, though, so nobody has take chances with deciding what kind of music to go hear. Head on out.

Edwards, Gary died in Louisville on December 26. He was the leader and lead singer of a number of bands in the Louisville area, including Gary Edwards and Sage and Gary and Sherry Edwards and the Embers.

Hibbs, James “Jamie,” 51, died in Louisville on December 19. He was the drummer for the punk band Gravel and Spiders.
