The Production Simple business is not for sale.
As we hit July, news arrives that the Garvin Gate Blues Festival will be cancelled this year.
Okay, I can have a giggle about overdone silliness as well as anybody. Imagine a mix of Southern Culture on The Skids, The Mummies and Run C&W, dressed like size 12 Whiskey Bent Mountain Boys. Add some blues (John Lee Hooker, Albert King, plus ZZ Top). Blend all that into a solid country-rock trio show with an hyped-up advertising copy writer for a songwriter, all tagged as Grandaddy Shortleg; Release into the wild, wild internet as Firewater Sessions Vol. 1.
